What the weekend looks like here
Most groups do not leave much. The backyard is the plan: the pool in the afternoon, then the hot tub, the sauna and the cold plunge in whatever order the brave ones decide, mini golf with a drink, and the fire pit and the movie screen once it is dark. Inside there is an eight-foot pool table, a kitchen with seating for ten at the table plus a breakfast nook and bar stools, and six Roku TVs including two 65-inch screens.
The bedrooms are the part organizers ask about first. 5 rooms, 8 beds: three kings, five queens, and Bedroom 2 is four queen bunk beds in one room, which is where the eight who want to stay up talking end up. Three bathrooms, all stocked.
There is also a meditation room and an open-air deck with yoga mats and sound bowls, adult and kids bikes for the lake streets, hammocks, giant chess and Jenga, corn hole, a Napoleon grill, and a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome for a flat $100 per pet.
What the last few groups said
Everything was great! Megan was very responsive and helped us with anything that came up. The house was fantastic, it fit all of us for a bachlorette party and the amenities were AMAZING! The house was in a great location near Palm beach and we loved it. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Megan!
I booked this property for my sister’s bachelorette trip, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The beautiful property very comfortably accommodated 16 girls (even the 8 girls in the large room with the queen bunk beds!) and was even nicer than the pictures. The pool and backyard were great for spending time outside; plenty of seating both in the sun and the shade for whatever your preference is. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood of Lake Shores and also enjoyed a quick 15 minute drive to Lake Worth Beach or downtown Palm Beach. If you are looking for accommodations for a larger group, look no further!
Eight of my girlfriends and I rented this place to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was everything I wanted. We stayed at the house the whole time. The kitchen was spacious for all of us to be in and out cooking. The outdoor area looks exactly like the pictures. We had a Veuve brunch so the orange colors worked perfectly! We have tons of pictures and we always remember this cute getaway.
Megan’s place felt brand new and clean. The amenities were exactly as described. Megan was super responsive. Great girls trip!
The honest part
This is a house on a quiet lake street, and the neighbours are neighbours. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM, and it is not a venue: no parties or events, no crowds of extra people driving in. It suits a group that wants a private place to spend the days together and a base to come back to.
For the night out, downtown West Palm Beach and Clematis Street are 10 minutes away by car or rideshare. Palm Beach Island and Worth Avenue are 15. The nearest ocean beach is 12.
