🔑 Guest access

• The entire home and the fenced backyard are yours: free high-speed WiFi, free parking, washer and dryer, and your own streaming apps on the smart TVs. All amenities are private and inside the fence.

📋 Good to know

• 🤫 Quiet hours 10 PM to 9 AM. Miami-Dade County has a noise ordinance from 11 PM to 7 AM
• 🚫 No parties or events. Guests may not enter neighboring properties
• 📷 Exterior security cameras cover the outside, the pool and the common areas, and stay on at all times
• 🦟 Florida's climate attracts insects; the house is treated regularly, and keeping doors closed helps
• 🔥 If the propane tank for the grill or fire pit is empty, guests replace it and we refund the refill
• 🐾 Pets welcome: $100 per pet, up to 3, house-trained

Pool and jacuzzi heating is an optional $75 per night for every night of the stay, whether or not you use it each night; the jacuzzi is connected to the pool, so they heat together, and outdoor temperature limits how warm they get. The exact address is shared after booking.
